Elite Investment Club is made up of a group of young professionals who meet monthly to learn about investment and make decisions about where and what to invest in. It was formed in January 2005 through the initiative of Christina Noi-Okwei, a Cinical Psychologist and Universty lecturer. Elite's investments so far are in Ghana but the Club intends to move further out of the country. The Club also makes time for fun and sometimes discusses issues other than investment. The Club's affairs are coordinated by a 5-member commitee: the President, the Secretary, a Treasurer, an Internal Auditor and an ex-officio member.
